Launch update

As we were getting ready to launch we hit a last minute issue that caused us to delay the launch for a week. This meant that our launch had to be pushed out till December 15th.

Given that Decemeber 15th is really close to the holidays and everyone is probably thinking about a warm beach in Hawaii... We decided that it makes a lot more sense to wait till January when people are rested and excited to be back.
